“We can’t own knowledge, we can only pass it on, and if we’re very lucky we may add a little to it”.

Bert Hellinger.

About Lynn

When I first encountered the constellation work of Bert Hellinger back in the early 2000’s it made deep sense to me and I have been a student of the work ever since. The original foundation stone of the family constellations training drawn from Bert Hellinger’s work provided a very solid base. I acknowledge with a deep bow of gratitude my first teachers:- Richard Wallstein, who was also my gateway into the work; Judith Hemming, with whom I apprenticed and learned my craft; Jutta ten Herkel, who translated many of Bert’s books into English; and Karen Hedley, who helped us move from the theory into practice as beginners. Everything I received from them I have put to really good use and in this way I honour them.

I spent the next decades deepening and widening my exploration of this work, visiting excellent practitioners from across the world. The international intensives provided a hub where I could learn from senior practitioners, as well as innovative work of peer colleagues, and meet fellow constellators from around the globe.

I’ve travelled to significant conferences to learn more about trauma at personal and societal levels. At various times I’ve done additional trainings including organisational, societal and nature constellations.

I draw on this accumulated store of wealth, acknowledging the sources wherever possible as I work and train.

About Paul

Paul has been married to Lynn for nearly 50 years. Together they have 4 adult children, children in law and 9 grandchildren, providing abundant opportunity for them to embed the systemic way of being in the practical outworking of it; the warp and weft of family life, with the ups and downs of all that life brings.

Lynn and Paul trained in this work at the same time, in 2005 – 2007 and have travelled with it together since.

Paul became vice-chair of ISCA – the International Systemic Constellation association in 2017 and subsequently served as president for 6 years until the end of 2025 bringing international perspective to our systemic work together.

For some years Paul has accompanied systemic work both locally and internationally with soulful piano improvisations and has also been leading “Deep Time Walks” to encourage an awareness of the systems of nature over millions of years.

He is particularly drawn to support the place and experience of men both within and beyond the systemic constellation workshops.
